By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

Prices, styles, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork.

I may use commissioned work for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

You are granted personal use rights unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased.

Personal use includes: profile pictures, wallpapers, and sharing with proper credit.

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

You may not resell, mint as NFT, use for AI or redistribute the artwork without permission.

Commercial use (merchandise, branding, etc.) requires prior discussion and additional fees.

All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.

For bigger projects (200€+) a payment plan with 50% upfront is allowed.

Additional fees may apply for complex designs, rush orders, or commercial rights.

Clear references and descriptions must be provided at the start of the commission.

Communication will be conducted through agreed platforms (e.g., VGen messages, email, etc.).

Delayed responses from the client may impact the final deadline.

Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high resolution (PNG/JPG unless otherwise requested).

Source files (PSD, etc.) are not included.

Files will be sent via platform delivery system or email.

Full refunds are available only if work has not yet started.

If the client pays in full and cancels the commission request during the sketch phase, 80% of the initial payment will be refunded.

There will be no more refunds after the final sketch has been approved by the client.

If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund

Estimated turnaround time will be communicated before or after payment.

Typical completion time ranges from a few days to 2 weeks depending on complexity and queue.

Deadlines must be discussed in advance. Rush orders may include an extra fee.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; you will be informed promptly.

A set number of revisions (usually 2–3) are included during the sketch or early stages.

Major changes after approval of a stage may incur additional fees.

Minor adjustments (e.g., colors, small details) may be allowed later in the process.

No revisions are allowed after final delivery unless previously agreed.

Original characters (OCs), Fanart Yumeships, Girls-love, Boys-love, Light NSFW, Animals

I Will NOT Draw:

Hate speech, discriminatory content, or offensive material, Explicit illegal or harmful content (including incest, Heavy NSFW (slight explicit is okay!), Fury (Humans with animal ears/traits are okay!), Mecha/complex machinery
